However, if we determine a customer is:

• participating in activities which may be unlawful, or
• performing functions which are adversely affecting the system's operation and/or are not covered in our current pricing structure,

we will notify the person(s) involved and, if necessary, terminate their service.

* Regarding the issue of unsolicited emails, we understand the benefits email offers in distributing your company or organization’s information; however, we must abide by all local, state and federal laws. If a claim is filed against you when hosting under our services, we will be required to act. In some cases, this may mean immediate suspension of your service while we further investigate the claim. Please be judicious in your email usage.
